The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the nearby ski resort of Bequeira-Beret and situated in a charming little town. the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making it a great start to the day.
The maintenance of the hotel was not up to par, with signs of wear and tear on the walls and bathroom fixtures.

We could enjoy cheap price and reasonable dinner and breakfast with frendly restaurant staff.
Air condition is little bit noisy during night.

Staff were particularly helpful and the room facilities exceeded expectations as did the breakfast
The double glazing was not as effective as one would wish and there was the disturbance of TV sounds from adjacent room

We stayed here during the Xmas holidays and the hotel offered a nice view of the mountains and the town. There were also plenty of ski activities offered nearby, which is great for winter travelers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had access to free Wi-Fi throughout our stay.
The hotel lacked proper heating during the cold winter nights, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. We had to bundle up in extra blankets just to stay warm.

Staff excellent. We were able to park just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was of good quality with a very wide choice. Well situated for visiting the Val D'Aran.

Very impressed with the accommodation, everywhere was very clean and the Hotel Staff most pleasant and helpfull. Well run hotel and walking distance to shops cafe etc.

Lovely location; clean, well-equipped rooms; helpful staff, especially in the dining room; family-friendly; not too far to walk to centre of Vielha (~10 mins).
Pool is very small.
